Ads & Outreach.

Ads built for a concrete goal — leads, calls, sales — not “reach for the sake of reach.” Two lines of work: paid traffic in Google Ads and Meta, and email outreach with our own mail infrastructure and clean databases. You see what a customer costs, not just a click.

01 · Scope

What’s included.

Paid traffic · Google Ads and Meta

  • A strategy tied to your goal: leads, calls, bookings or sales — with a realistic budget.
  • Google Ads and Meta accounts set up from scratch, or an audit of what you already run.
  • Audience building: search queries, interests, look-alikes, remarketing.
  • Ad copy and creatives — several variants to test, not one to take on faith.
  • Conversion analytics: on-site events, a link to your CRM, and an honest cost per lead.
  • Weekly management: we switch off what underperforms and scale what brings leads.
  • A report in plain language: spend, leads, and what one customer costs.

Email outreach and cold campaigns

  • Mail infrastructure: separate domains for campaigns, DKIM/SPF/DMARC — so emails land in the inbox, not in spam.
  • Mailbox warm-up: volumes grow gradually so the domain’s reputation doesn’t suffer.
  • A contact base: we collect, clean and segment it — no dead addresses or duplicates.
  • Cold campaigns into the EU: a separate outreach domain — your company’s main domain risks nothing.
  • Company databases for your segment: collected from registries and open sources — name, address, email, phone; filtered by niche, region and business size.

No CRM to put the leads into? We have our own — MT CRM: a lead pipeline, invoices with PDF, every chat in one feed, analytics. Deployed on your server, with no per-user fees.

02 · Process

What working with us looks like.

  1. We nail down the goal and the economics: what a lead can cost for the ads to stay profitable.

  2. We review your landing page and set up analytics — without this, the budget flies blind.

  3. We launch several audience + ad combinations on a test budget.

  4. Over the first weeks we keep only what works and scale it. You see the numbers every week.

03 · Case study

From our track record.

The company needed cold campaigns into the EU market without putting its main domain at risk. We set up three standalone email domains with DKIM/SPF/DMARC and 180 mailboxes with gradual warm-up, and collected and cleaned a company database for the segment. Emails pass deliverability checks and land in the inbox, and the main domain’s reputation stays safe.

05 · FAQ

Common questions.

It depends on the niche and region, but a test period usually needs a few hundred dollars a month for the traffic itself — anything less simply won’t produce data to decide with. We’ll run the numbers for your niche before launch, and tell you honestly if the budget is too small.

First leads usually arrive within one to two weeks; a stable cost per lead takes a 3–4 week test period, once there’s enough data. We won’t promise “sales from day one” — and we’d advise against believing anyone who does.

Yes — we start with an account audit: campaign structure, audiences, analytics, and where the budget is leaking. You get a written breakdown with concrete steps — then either we implement it, or your team does.

Let’s begin

Tell us what a lead should cost you — we’ll tell you whether that’s realistic in your niche.

We reply within one business day. A written estimate with a fixed price — within 1–2 business days.
