Business Process Automation.
Data moves between your systems on its own, reports build themselves, and manual-entry errors disappear for good. We write scripts and integrations around the way you actually work — instead of selling you a “box” you’d have to bend your business around. Typical result: hours of weekly busywork turn into minutes.
What’s included.
- A process audit: we map how your data moves today and where exactly the time leaks out.
- API integrations: we connect your CRM, spreadsheets, website, email and messengers directly.
- Sync scripts with deduplication — records never double up or go missing.
- Scheduled jobs (cron): reports, exports and checks run themselves on schedule.
- Error handling and alerts: if something goes wrong, you find out immediately — not a month later.
- Logs of every operation: you can always see what moved, when, and why.
- Documentation and access handover — the system lives on servers you control.
No CRM to put the leads into? We have our own — MT CRM: a lead pipeline, invoices with PDF, every chat in one feed, analytics. Deployed on your server, with no per-user fees.
See the screenshotsWhat working with us looks like.
You show us the process as it is: “here’s the spreadsheet, here’s the CRM, here’s the person who copies it all over every week.”
We map the data flow and put it in writing: what we’ll automate, how long it takes, and at what price.
We build the integration in short iterations and run it alongside your manual process — you compare the results.
You switch off the manual copying. The routine runs itself; you only get pinged when a human is actually needed.
From our track record.
Leads were coming in from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram and email — and managers typed each one into the CRM by hand, losing and mixing them up. We built integrations that create a lead card from any channel on their own and mirror the whole conversation into it. Managers work in one system, no lead gets lost, and the owner sees the entire flow in the CRM.
What you get.
- D1A working integration deployed on your server or ours.
- D2Scheduled syncs with deduplication and logs.
- D3Failure alerts in Telegram or by email.
- D4Documentation: how it works and what to do when something changes.
- D5Full access to the code and the server — zero lock-in.
Common questions.
Most likely, yes. If a system has an API, we connect it directly; if not, there are workarounds — exports, parsing, email-based integrations. On the first call we’ll look at your systems and tell you straight what’s feasible and what isn’t.
The integration reports the failure instead of silently breaking. Small adaptations are covered by post-launch support; bigger changes get their own estimate — in writing, before any work starts.
Do the math: a person spends hours on it every week and makes mistakes; a script runs overnight and costs nothing after launch. And if the process is one-off or changes every month, we’ll tell you honestly that automation won’t pay off.
Tell us which process eats the most of your time — we’ll tell you whether it can be automated and what it would cost.
We reply within one business day. A written estimate with a fixed price — within 1–2 business days.
